(A) The connection of the building sewer into the public sanitary sewer shall conform to the requirements of the city’s Plumbing Code and other applicable rules and regulations of the city and the utilities authority.
(B) All new sanitary sewer systems shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the requirements of the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality and applicable Building and Plumbing Codes of the city.
(C) No private sewer connection, whether inside or outside the city limits, shall be made to any sanitary sewer line directly or indirectly connected with the city’s public sanitary sewer main system without receiving approval of the Director of Utility Line Maintenance.
(D) All new connections shall be inspected by the Director of Utility Line Maintenance or the Building Official and charged a connection fee as established by resolution or motion of the City Council or utilities authority.
