§ 53.122 MONITORING FACILITIES.
   (A)   The IPD may require the user to install monitoring facilities to allow sampling and flow measurement of the user’s discharge to the POTW.
   (B)   The location of such monitoring facility shall provide ample room in or near the monitoring facility to allow accurate sampling and preparation of samples and analysis.
   (C)   The construction and maintenance of such monitoring facility shall be provided in such a manner so as to enable the IPD to perform independent monitoring activities.
   (D)   The sampling facility and monitoring equipment shall be maintained at all times in a safe and proper operating condition by the user at its own expense.
   (E)   All devices used to measure wastewater flow and quality shall be calibrated to ensure their accuracy at least once a year and more often if needed.
   (F)   Whether constructed on public or private property, the sampling and monitoring facilities shall be provided in accordance with the city’s requirements and all applicable local construction standards and specifications.
