§ 31.03 SAME PERSON MAY HOLD BOTH OFFICES.
   The same person may hold both the office of City Clerk and the office of City Treasurer; that is, the City Council may appoint as City Treasurer the same person whom the City Manager has appointed as City Clerk, and the Manager may appoint as Clerk the same person the Council has appointed as Treasurer. (Prior Code, § 31.03)
