§ 53.021 APPROVAL REQUIRED.

   The IPD may require review and acceptance prior to discharge into the POTW of wastewater with any of the following properties:

   (A)   A BOD5 concentration greater than 225 milligrams per liter (225 mg/l);

   (B)   A TSS concentration greater than 200 milligrams per liter (200 mg/l);

   (C)   A FOG concentration greater than 200 milligrams per liter (200 mg/l); or

   (D)   The potential to be a prohibited discharge.
