§ 53.017 STATE PRETREATMENT STANDARDS.
   Local, state, or federal requirements and limitations on discharges shall apply in any case where they are more stringent than requirements and limitations listed in this chapter. Industrial users must comply with state pretreatment standards codified at O.A.C. 252:606-1 et seq.
