§ 30.04 PLACE OF MEETINGS OF CITY COUNCIL.
   Every meeting of the City Council shall be held in the Council Chamber in the City Hall unless, in case of an emergency or special meeting, designate another place in the city for the holding of the special or emergency meeting.
