§ 30.03 TIME OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
   The City Council shall hold a regular meeting as prescribed in 11 O.S. § 10-108 on the second Tuesday of every month. If such a Tuesday falls on a holiday, the regular meeting shall be held at a time designated by the City Council.
