§ 30.02 ELECTIONS TO BE HELD ANNUALLY; FOUR-YEAR OVERLAPPING TERMS.
   (A)   In a statutory Council-Manager city, the terms of the elected officers are staggered so that at any one general municipal election, the following officers are to be elected for four-year terms: Council members from wards one and two.
   (B)   At the next general municipal election, the following officers are to be elected for four-year terms:
      (1)   Council members from wards three and four; and
      (2)   The Council member at-large.
