§ 52.01 UTILITIES AUTHORITY TO ADMINISTER REGULATIONS.
   The Durant City Utilities Authority, acting through the Superintendent of the Water Department, is delegated the authority for the administration of the regulations for installation of water mains and sub-mains to safeguard the public health of inhabitants within the corporate limits of the city.
