(A) All garbage shall be placed in a refuse container provided by the city and maintained for that purpose. Before placing garbage in the container, all the liquid portion of the garbage shall be drained into the sanitary sewer. All garbage placed in the garbage container shall be placed in bag which shall be securely fastened.
(B) All trash shall be placed in a refuse container, but only to such extent as will permit the cover or lid of the container to be properly closed on the container. Plastic bags or sacks shall be securely tied fastened.
(C) Refuse containers which contain items other than garbage and trash as defined herein will not be collected.
