§ 157.31 SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS.
   The Board of Adjustment may grant special exceptions to specific uses allowed within each zoning category in accordance to the zoning ordinances in appropriate cases and subject to appropriate conditions and safeguards in harmony with its general purpose and intent and only in accordance with general or specific provisions contained in the zoning ordinances.
