§ 93.43 INTERPRETATION.

In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this subchapter and the Fire Code, as adopted by this chapter, the most stringent provision shall apply. Provided, however, that no provision of this chapter shall be interpreted to exceed the provisions of the Minnesota State Building Code.
