No person shall be present in, occupy or use any park except during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., except Memorial Park Baseball field which may be lit until 11:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays from the last weekend of April through Labor Day weekend. The City Council may extend the hour of closing upon written request and upon so doing, shall notify the Dundas Police Department of said extension.
