A tree preservation goal shall be established for all subdivisions. A tree inventory and preservation plan may be required for submittal and approval by the City depending on overall preservation goals. A tree protection management plan shall be submitted to and approved by the City and implemented for all subdivisions. If no significant trees or woodlands are present on the site, tree preservation goals and plans will not be required.
