§ 154.120 BACK SIDES.

   (A)   The rear or sides of buildings often present an unattractive view of blank walls, loading areas, storage areas, HVAC units, garbage receptacles and other such features. Architectural and landscaping features should mitigate these impacts.

   (B)   The minimum setback for any building facade shall be 35 feet from the nearest property line. Where the back or side facade faces adjacent residential uses, an earthen berm containing landscape material according to standards in §§ 154.060 through 154.074 of this chapter shall be provided.
