(A) There shall be created and set apart the following funds and the Clerk-Treasurer of the City shall keep an accurate account of all moneys credited to each of the funds, as follows:
(1) General Fund;
(2) Special Revenue Fund;
(3) Enterprise Fund (water, sewer, storm, garbage);
(4) Project Fund (improvements); and
(5) Long-Term Debt Fund.
(B) The funds may be established by the City Council for the retirement of bonds and special improvement bonds and sinking funds as the City Council may determine by resolution.
