§ 153.01 PRIVATE CARE OF TREES AND SHRUBBERY.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of all persons, whether owners or tenants, to keep trees and shrubs planted or located within private property lines owned or occupied by the owners or tenants, any portion of which trees or shrubs project over or upon any street, sidewalk or public way, trimmed in a manner that the trees and shrubs shall not interfere with or endanger travel on the street, sidewalk or public way, as aforesaid.
   (B)   No person, whether the owner or tenant of any property, along public streets and sidewalks shall permit any trees or shrubs to project over the streets and sidewalks less than eight feet in height above the sidewalks or 12 feet above the streets.
