(A) Application for the permit shall be made in such form, and the applicant shall furnish information as shall be required by the Council and, among other things, shall state: the applicant’s name and address; location of the proposed pit or excavation; its purpose; and intended duration of the same.
(B) The application shall be filed with the City Clerk-Treasurer at least five days before being considered by the Council, and a fee shall accompany each application.
