§ 150.16 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person shall move any building into or out of the City over, along or across any street or alley in the City without first obtaining a permit from the Building Official.
   (B)   The permit from the Building Official shall regulate the hours, routing, movement, parking and speed limit for any persons moving any building or buildings in the City.
