For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUILDING. A structure or manufactured home designed, built or occupied as a shelter or roofed enclosure for residential, business, mercantile, storage, commercial, industrial, institutional, assembly, educational or recreational purposes. A structure of less than 120 square feet floor area shall not fall within this definition.
BUILDING OFFICIAL. The Building Official of Dundas or authorized representative.
CITY. The City of Dundas.
COUNCIL. The City Council of the City of Dundas.
OWNER. A person or persons who have purchased the building and will be the owner once it is upon a foundation in the new setting.
PERSON. Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind.
