§ 150.04 OPTIONAL CHAPTERS.

(A) State Building Code, Ch. 1300, allows the municipality to adopt by reference and enforce certain optional chapters of the most current edition of the Minnesota State Building Code.

(B) The City has adopted none of the optional chapters of the Building Code.
