(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Minors. Any minor found to be in violation of §§ 132.01 through 132.09 of this chapter may be adjudicated delinquent and shall be subject to the dispositional alternatives set forth in M.S. § 260B.198, as it may be amended from time to time.
(2) Adults. Any adult person found to be in violation of §§ 132.01 through 132.09 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

(C) Any person who violates §§ 132.20 through 132.27 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine, imprisonment or both.
