The Council may suspend for a period not exceeding 60 days, or revoke, any permit issued pursuant to this chapter for violation of this chapter or any other provision of M.S. Ch. 349, as it may be amended from time to time; provided, however, that, before any such suspension or revocation shall be made, the permitted organization shall be given a hearing on at least ten-days’ written notice, which shall be before the City Council.
