(A) Any licensed organization must identify in its license application the lawful purpose on which it proposes to expend net profits from lawful gambling.
(B) The organization must identify on its license application a gambling manager and certify that the manager is qualified under the requirements of M.S. Ch. 349, as it may be amended from time to time.
