§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   (1)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter or M.S. Ch. 340A, as it may be amended from time to time, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished criminally as provided by law.
      (2)   The Council shall impose a civil penalty not to exceed $2,000 for each violation of this chapter and M.S. Ch. 340A, as it may be amended from time to time. These civil penalties shall be in addition to any criminal penalties imposed under this section or any suspension or revocation under § 112.06(H) of this chapter.
   (B)   A violation of § 112.04 of this chapter is a misdemeanor and is justification for revocation or suspension of any liquor, wine or 3.2% malt beverage license.
