§ 112.09 CONDITIONS OF LICENSING.
   Any license granted under this chapter is subject to the following conditions, any and all conditions imposed by the City Council at the time of issuance or renewal, all other conditions of this chapter and all other applicable ordinances of the City, and all regulations promulgated by the Commissioner of Public Safety and statutes of the state.
   (A)   No license shall be granted for operation on any premise on which taxes, assessment or other claims of the City are delinquent and unpaid.
   (B)   No license shall be issued to a location within 350 feet of any school.
   (C)   Every license is granted subject to the conditions of this chapter and any other applicable City ordinances and state laws and regulations.
   (D)   Each licensee is responsible for the conduct of his or her place of business and the conditions of sobriety and order therein.
   (E)   Any peace officer, Health Officer or any properly designated officer or employee of the City shall have the unqualified right to enter, inspect and search the premises of the licensee during business hours without a warrant.
