§ 93.05 PURPOSES ALLOWED FOR OPEN BURNING.
   The purpose of this subchapter is to establish permitted categories of open burn events for residents and farms within the city and to provide for a permitted process for residential and agricultural open burning, except when such open burning is defined as a recreational fire or portable outdoor fireplace as prescribed in this subchapter.
