§ 31.17 SALARY.
   (A)   The salary of the City Clerk-Treasurer shall be fixed by the City Council from time to time.
   (B)   The City Clerk-Treasurer shall be considered an “at will” employee and may be replaced at any time with or without cause, pursuant to the decision of the City Council.
