All owners, lessees, or occupants shall be responsible for the removal, cutting or disposal and elimination of weeds, grasses, and rank vegetation or other uncontrolled plant growth on their property, necessary to comply with § 92.37; provided that, except for poisonous, noxious, or harmful vegetation, if the cutting of weeds, grass or other vegetation has been and will be undertaken for agriculturally related purposes, the cutting of such vegetation must be done at least once every 35 days between May 1 and October 1, which shall be deemed in compliance with this subchapter.
