§ 31.15 JOINT POSITION.
   (A)   Pursuant to M.S. § 412.591, as it may be amended from time to time, the combined position of City Clerk-Treasurer is hereby established.
   (B)   The City Council shall appoint the City Clerk-Treasurer annually.
