(A) Farm animals shall be kept in the City only as permitted by Ch. 154 of this code of ordinances; provided that, no animal shelter shall be within 300 feet of any adjoining piece of property. An exception shall be made to this section for those animals brought into the City as part of an operating zoo, veterinarian clinic, scientific research laboratory or a licensed show or exhibition.
(B) If Ch. 154 of this code of ordinances permits farm animals to be kept in a residential district, the animals shall only be permitted by conditional use permit, except as may be permitted in § 154.075.
