(A) It is the intent of this subchapter to supplement M.S. §§ 84.81 through 84.91, and M.S. Ch. 169, as these statutes may be amended from time to time, and Minn. Rules parts 6100.5000 through 6100.5800, as these rules may be amended from time to time, with respect to the operation of snowmobiles.
(B) These statutes and rules are incorporated herein by reference.
(C) This subchapter is not intended to allow what the state statutes and rules prohibit, nor to prohibit what the state statutes and rules allow.
