§ 71.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this traffic code for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) (1) Violation of § 71.10(A) of this chapter shall constitute a petty misdemeanor.

(2) Violation of § 71.10(B) of this chapter constitutes a petty misdemeanor.
