(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Violation of § 52.31 of this chapter is a petty misdemeanor.
(2) In addition, the City reserves the right to commence a civil action to compel compliance with § 52.31 of this chapter. If the City prevails in the civil action, the City shall also recover all of its costs and expenses incurred in the action, including reasonable attorney fees.
(3) Violations will be certified by visual inspection and or observation.
