A. The rates for commercial or large business units using containers in excess of fifty five (55) gallon capacity shall be determined by the time needed to service the business unit, plus the cost per hour for labor and truck operating cost, to be determined by the authority for each commercial or large business unit.
B. No deviation from the rates set by the authority shall be made, except by written contract between the authority and a commercial or large business unit. (Prior code § 9-14)
