A. Each dwelling, residence or business unit located within an area of the city wherein containers are provided by authority shall use the containers provided by authority or plastic bags as permitted by the authority or if not in area where containers are provided by the authority shall furnish their containers in keeping with authority requirements.
B. Containers or plastic bags containing "wet garbage" shall be covered using a suitable lid so as to prevent flies, other insects, rodents and other animals.
C. Garbage service in areas wherein authority has provided containers shall be alley and curbside service only and at the rates established for residential and small business users. (Prior code § 9-12)
