All "ashes" as defined herein shall be placed in a separate container for that purpose. The container shall be a proper, watertight container capable of holding ashes and the container and contents shall not exceed fifty (50) pounds in weight. Under no condition shall ashes be placed in containers provided for garbage or in garbage cans or mixed with the garbage or trash. Any ashes placed in improper, unauthorized or leaking containers will not be removed by the collector; nor will ashes be removed from any container when the container is filled so full that it cannot be dumped without spilling. The collector shall report all such improper placing of ashes to the authority. (Prior code § 9-5)
