17-406: UNLAWFUL TO USE CURRENT THROUGH DEFECTIVE FIXTURES:

It is unlawful for any person to use any current from the electrical system or allow it to be used on any premises where the wiring or fixtures are not in good repair or where the machinery is in bad repair, or does not comply with the standards required by the city ordinances or authority rules. (Prior code § 18-67)
