17-213: RIGHT RESERVED TO SHUT OFF WATER:

The authority reserves the right, at all times, without notice, to shut off the water supply for repairs, extensions, nonpayment of rates, or any other reason; and the authority shall not be responsible for any stoppages or interruptions of water supply or for any other damage resulting from the shutting off of water. (Prior code § 18-18)
