16-309: LIGHTS ON ENGINES:
All locomotive engines run or operated or caused to be run or operated on or across any public street or within the corporate limits of the city between sunset and sunrise, shall be equipped with a headlight so that the same shall give a light forward in the direction which the engine may be moving, and the headlight shall be at all times kept burning when such engine is moving between the times named within the city.
