Any such license so issued, as provided in this section, shall be subject to revocation by the city council at any time the council shall find that the vehicle has been or is being operated in a careless and dangerous manner, or in violation of the ordinances of the city or the laws of the state, or that the owner or operator thereof is an improper person to operate the same. The owner or operator of such vehicle shall have reasonable notice of the purported revocation of such license, and may appear before the council at a hearing upon the proposed revocation of such license. Notwithstanding, any person found to be in violation of this chapter may be cited and fined in accordance with section 1-108 of this code. (Ord. 1653, 7-10-2007)
