Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of any rule, regulation, airport standard or ordinance which regulates and controls any operation of the Duncan municipal airport, or who does any act prohibited by such rules, regulations or standards, or who fails to do any act required by such provisions contained in the rules, regulations, standards or ordinances shall be guilty of a misdemeanor; and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section 1-108 of this code.
