The following words have the meanings ascribed to them in this section unless otherwise apparent from the context:
AIRPORT: The Duncan Municipal Airport.
AIRPORT MANAGER: The manager of aviation for the city or the duly authorized representative thereof.
CITY: The city or may be referred to as the airport authority, authority or lessor.
PERSON: Any individual, state, political body, or any business, financial, social, recreational or athletic association of any form whatsoever, and includes any member, trustee, agent, employee, officer, receiver, assignee or other representative of any of these. (Ord. 1333, 1-26-1993)
