It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to keep, possess or have in his control any cattle, horses, mules, goats, sheep, swine, potbellied pigs or hogs, except in or on the fairgrounds or where permitted in the city's zoning regulations including any future revisions and amendments to the same.
