The driver of a vehicle approaching a "Yield Right Of Way" sign shall slow to a reasonable speed for existing conditions of traffic and visibility, or stop if necessary, yielding the right of way to any pedestrian legally crossing the street, and to all vehicles on the intersecting street or highway which have entered the intersection or which are so close as to constitute an immediate hazard.
