A. It is unlawful for any person who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor or low point beer to drive, operate or be in actual physical control of any motor vehicle in the city. (Prior code ch. 20; amd. 2015 Code)
B. Any person who operates a motor vehicle while his ability to operate such motor vehicle is impaired by the consumption of alcohol is subject to punishment as provided in section 1-108 of this code and license suspension as provided in 47 Oklahoma Statutes. (Prior code ch. 20)
