15-520: CLINGING TO VEHICLES PROHIBITED:

No person riding upon any bicycle, motorized scooter, coaster, roller skates, sled, or toy vehicle shall attach the same or himself to any moving vehicle upon a roadway. (Prior code ch. 20; amd. 2015 Code)
