A. No person shall operate a motor vehicle when his privilege to do so is canceled, suspended, revoked or denied. Any person convicted of violating this section shall be punished as provided in section 1-108 of this code.
B. No person shall operate a motor vehicle when his privilege to do so has been revoked or suspended in accordance with 47 Oklahoma Statutes sections 753 and 751 et seq., pertaining to suspension and revocation for refusal to submit to tests and evidence of specific alcoholic concentrations, and to other violations of driving under the influence or while impaired.
C. Each act of driving on the streets or highways as prohibited by this section shall constitute a separate offense. (Prior code ch. 20)
