There is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this code all of the provisions of chapters 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 of the Oklahoma highway safety code, all as found in 47 Oklahoma Statutes. All of these provisions are hereby made a part of the traffic ordinances of the city. All of the provisions found in these chapters are hereby vitalized as provided in the laws by this section, specific reference to which is hereby made, as well as all subsequent amendments to the laws, and all of the laws as well as amendments thereto shall be in full force and effect within the city insofar as the same are not modified by other provisions in this part or amendments thereto.
