   AND GUTTER STREET SECTION
Notes:
   1.    Saw cut shall be made prior to removal of concrete. Cuts shall be 2 inches deep or 1/3 depth of gutter, whichever is greater. Cuts shall include face and top of curb.
   2.    Entire gutter shall be removed and replaced if existing gutter holds water, gutter is broken or in poor condition or gutter is less than 24 inches wide from the back of the curb.
   3.    Radius shall not begin closer than 1 foot from an interior property line when extended to the curb line.
   4.    Centerline contraction joint required for driveways greater than 14 feet in width.
   5.    Where crossing a sidewalk, continuity of walk shall be maintained and handicapped access provided.
Call 252-0250, ext. 123 for inspection before pouring concrete.

   LIMITED RIGHT OF WAY DEPTH
If ROW is not sufficient to allow full 90 degree radius/return, a minimum arc of 60 degrees shall be maintained. When necessary, this arc shall be continued beyond the ROW. Where full 90 degrees radii are not installed, width shall be measured at the ROW line.
   COMPOUND RADII

Where ROW depth permits, a compound radius/return may be placed on ROW; provided that a minimum arc of 60 degrees is maintained from edge of street and secondary radius does not exceed 5 feet.

Note:
   1.    Radii as allowed in section 14-608, table 1 of this chapter. All other radii not to exceed 5 feet.

Notes:
   1.    Minimum arc of 75 degrees with radius as allowed in section 14-608, table 1 of this chapter.
   2.   Arc of return shall be supplementary to angle 1 of this note with radius as allowed in section 14-608, table 1 of this chapter.
